20 MINUTE FITNESS SERIES - TRAMPOLINE AND BODY WEIGHT INTERVAL WORKOUT
This workout is perfect for those who want a high intensity cardio workout in 20 minutes. This is an interval workout, which means 50 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. We’ll go back and forth between trampoline and body weight exercises.
