Lauren’s classes are beat based, musically driven and dance influenced. She teaches a wide variety of styles including sculpt, bounce, barre and HIIT cardio classes. She is trained as a professional international dancer, but after an ankle injury she needed to redirect her career. She fell in love with a high cardio, high adrenaline and low impact class called bounce. “I fell hard for that “tramp” and bounced my way into a fitness career,” she says. She loves fitness and wants to share that with you!
