This is a small example of workouts offered on JumpSport Fitness TV. Kathy Jo is only one of over 20 instructors or studios that contribute to our streaming site. We offer levels from 1-4 and a large variety of modalities, such as balance, barre, bounce cardio, strength training, boot camp, kickboxing, and more! Most workouts range from 10-45 minutes and some include our signature accessories such as the plyofit, strength training kit, weights, resistance bands, or a mat in addition to your JumpSport Fitness Trampoline!
