Thanks for asking us bouncers! I would love to see more kickboxing (advanced) by Earth & Owl and more cardio from Nomi - she's tough! Also more cardio by Miranda Corl would be great. There seems to be plenty of combo (whole body, hand weight/bouncing, bands/equipment) workouts - how about more HIIT or pure cardio? Would be nice to see more SanFran Fitness workouts too! Workout lengths - varied are good, but tough to fit in anything longer than 40-45 minutes. Thanks!!
