BOUNCE SOCIETY specializes in Trampoline Cardio and Sculpt fitness classes. We offer multiple types of classes for all different levels! Please be aware that the beginner prerequisite classes are Bounce Fusion and/or Bounce 1; you must take one of these before taking Bounce 1.5, 2, or 3.
